About

Built by people who got tired of writing the same PBX integration five times.

VoxRidge started as the in-house telephony layer for a multi-PBX customer of ours. They had Cisco CUCM at the headquarters, Asterisk in two warehouses, 3CX in a regional office, and Twilio for outbound campaigns. The CRM team had been writing click-to-dial, screen-pop, and recording integrations against each one independently for almost a year.

We kept seeing the same problem in different uniforms. Every contact center, every CCaaS provider, every CRM team eventually ends up writing N integrations against N PBX vendors and watching them slowly drift apart. Bug fixes land on one. New features ship on another. The supervisor sees three different dashboards depending on which site she's looking at. Compliance has to ask three different teams to pull a CDR.

We extracted the layer that solves this and turned it into a product.

What we believe

  • Adapter, not lowest common denominator. Asterisk's strengths are different from CUCM's strengths. The adapter exposes them; it doesn't sand them down.
  • Self-hosted by default. Telephony is sovereign. Your CDRs, your audio, your call recordings should stay on infrastructure you control. Cloud is a convenience, not a requirement.
  • Boring is a feature. Go binary. Postgres. NATS. No Kubernetes-required, no proprietary protocols, no 14-step install.
  • Honest pricing. Published. Per-PBX, not per-agent. The price on the website is the price on the contract.

Built by Deklarative

Deklarative is a small, opinionated team that ships durable, self-hosted infrastructure. Same group behind Argitron (compliance copilot) and GenuStream (messaging fabric). We work across timezones, we ship boring code, we read the RFC.
