Terms of service

Last updated: April 2026

Plain-English summary

Use VoxRidge for telephony work. Don't break the law with it. Pay your invoice on time. Don't reverse-engineer the binary, redistribute it, or use it to provide a competing service. Free tier is best-effort. Paid tiers come with the SLAs in your order form.

1. Acceptance

By creating an account or using the service, you agree to these terms. If you're agreeing on behalf of an organisation, you represent that you have authority to do so.

2. The service

VoxRidge provides a vendor-agnostic telephony control plane. The service is documented at docs.voxridge.com. We may add, modify, or deprecate features with reasonable notice. We will not deprecate a feature that's part of your active order form without offering a replacement or a refund.

3. Acceptable use

  • No illegal activity, fraud, harassment, or unsolicited communications.
  • No reverse engineering of binaries beyond what local law permits.
  • No reselling the service, hosting it for third parties, or using it to provide a competing telephony control plane.
  • No bypassing rate limits or attempting to access tenants other than your own.

4. Fees

Fees are as published at /pricing or as agreed in your order form. Annual contracts auto-renew unless either party gives 30 days' written notice. We will not increase your renewal price by more than the underlying tier's published increase.

5. Data & privacy

Your data is yours. Our processing of it is described in the privacy notice and the DPA.

6. Warranty disclaimer

Beyond any SLAs in your order form, the service is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind to the maximum extent permitted by law.

7. Liability

Our aggregate liability for any claim under these terms is capped at fees paid in the 12 months preceding the claim. Neither party is liable for indirect or consequential damages.

8. Termination

Either party may terminate for material uncured breach. On termination, you can export your data for 30 days; after that, we delete it.

9. Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of the jurisdiction stated in your order form, defaulting to England & Wales for cloud customers without an explicit choice.

10. Changes

We may update these terms. Material changes are notified by email at least 30 days in advance. Continued use after the effective date constitutes acceptance.
