Careers

We're building the layer telephony forgot to build itself.

VoxRidge is small, distributed, and quietly serious about the work. We're not currently running an open hiring funnel — but we keep an open inbox. If any of the below describes you, write to us. Tell us what you've built. Show us code if you can.

Roles we keep an eye out for

  • Senior Go engineers with telephony or low-level networking background. Bonus for AMI / ESL / SIP / RTP experience.
  • Frontend engineers who care about real-time UI — supervisor consoles, softphones, dockable layouts.
  • Telephony engineers who've operated Asterisk, CUCM, FreeSWITCH, or Twilio at scale and want to stop repeating themselves.
  • Field engineers for design-partner installs, especially in the EU and Middle East.

How we work

  • Remote-first, async by default. We overlap a few hours a day and write everything down.
  • Small team, flat hierarchy, opinionated code review. No standups for the sake of standups.
  • Ship boring, durable software. No premature abstractions. No "rewrite it in Rust" energy unless we mean it.
  • Self-hosted everywhere we can be. We use what we ship.
