Is the free tier really free, or is it a trial?

Truly free. Up to 25 extensions, forever, production use OK. We make money when you grow past 25.

Why no per-agent pricing?

Per-agent pricing is the #1 complaint about CCaaS vendors. The work VoxRidge does — adapter translation, policy evaluation, event routing — scales with PBXes, not with seats.

What if I cross 25 extensions?

We notify you. Nothing breaks. You upgrade or trim — your call.

Do I need to replace my PBX?

No. VoxRidge sits above whatever you already run. Asterisk stays Asterisk, CUCM stays CUCM. We just make them addressable through one API.

Cloud or self-hosted?

Both, every tier. VoxRidge Cloud runs in EU + US regions. Self-hosted is a single Go binary that runs anywhere — air-gapped install on Enterprise.

Cancellation policy?

Month-to-month at Starter. Annual at Growth+ with mid-term proration on downgrade. No multi-year traps.
