The import center is the on-ramp. It supports two paths: live discovery (we connect to your PBX and read the config) and file import (you upload .conf / XML / CSV).

  • FreeSWITCH — ESL (sofia status, callcenter_config)
  • Twilio — REST API (numbers, queues, Studio flows)
  • 3CX, CUCM, PortSIP — file import only initially; live discovery on the roadmap

File formats accepted

  • Asterisk: sip.conf, queues.conf, extensions.conf
  • FreeSWITCH: directory/*.xml, dialplan/*.xml
  • 3CX: standard CSV export
  • Generic: CSV, XLSX with auto-detect
  • JSON: VoxRidge native + Twilio export format
